Initial Consultation (30 minutes – Free)
We’ll connect one-on-one to talk through your travel style, wishlist, timing, and budget. This call helps me get to know you and make sure we’re on the same page, so we can be confident your safari is designed around what matters most to you.
 

Custom Safari Planning Fee – $150 (due up front)
After our consultation, I’ll begin crafting your personalized safari. This non-refundable flat fee covers my time, expertise, and insider knowledge to design and book your safari from start to finish. Once you approve the itinerary, I’ll handle all the reservations and provide you with a polished, custom itinerary- plus access to trusted local support on the ground during your trip. 

For multi-part trips or additional weeks, an additional planning fee may apply. I’ll always discuss this with you upfront so there are no surprises.
