Hi, I’m Lauri - the founder of Safari Lauri, a boutique safari planning service created to help travelers experience the magic of Africa.

I’ve been to over 50 countries, but nothing has captivated me quite like Africa. On my first safari in 2014, I was immediately bitten by the safari bug. Since then, I’ve returned multiple times and experienced safaris across Kenya, Tanzania, South Africa, and Namibia - with Botswana already on the horizon for early 2026. These journeys taught me not only the logistics of planning a great safari, but also the heart and soul of what makes them life-changing.

Planning a safari can feel overwhelming - there are endless choices and important details that can make or break the experience. That’s where I come in. I partner with trusted, on-the-ground operators and hand-select every detail so you don’t have to worry about the logistics.
