The $150 planning fee allows me to devote my full attention to designing and booking your safari. It ensures we’re working together with a shared commitment, so I can focus on creating a seamless, personalized experience tailored just for you. 

The planning fee is non-refundable because it compensates for the time and effort spent creating your personalized itinerary. The 30-minute consultation is free, so you can decide if you want to proceed before paying. 

During the planning process, we collaborate to refine the itinerary until you give your approval. Once finalized and booked, minor adjustments may still be possible, but larger changes could require additional coordination or payment.

Absolutely! Whether you’re celebrating an anniversary, birthday, honeymoon, or another special occasion, I can incorporate personalized touches to make your safari unforgettable. From private game drives and special accommodations to unique experiences tailored to your interests, I’ll help ensure your trip is meaningful and memorable.

 Planning at least one year in advance is best, as most camps are quite small and can book up quickly, especially during high season. That said, last-minute bookings are possible if you’re flexible with accommodations and dates. 

Most lodges, camps, and guides are surprisingly good at catering to dietary preferences and restrictions. While I cannot guarantee every request can be met, please reach out with any concerns or specific questions, and I’ll do my best to ensure your needs are addressed.
